helpful staff clean facility spacious room small room uncomfortable air conditioning morning noise
the staff was excellent from front desk to housekeeping. both morning and evening staff in the restaurant were great. the facility is clean and my room was relatively spacious.
my room was very small and the bathroom and sink area too. the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, it made sleep uncomfortable. i heard noise from outside in the morning and it disturbed my rest.

fantastic stay close to historical sites
friendly staff delicious food
the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay i appreciated the welcome drink and chocolates upon arrival my room was modern and clean i also enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the minibar. breakfast had a great variety of delicious food there was also excellent coffee served by the staff.
the street noise was quite noticeable from my room despite being on a higher floor this impacted my ability to rest fully at night i think better soundproofing is needed.

breakfast service includes various options for hot and cold dishes coffee is freshly made and served at the table the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the staff are attentive the bar has a great selection of wines and cocktails.

the rooms feature contemporary décor with comfortable beds and modern amenities the bathroom has a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries i found my room very clean with enough space to work and relax there are also robes and slippers provided for extra comfort.

The location is quite good. The metro station provides easy access, and the Acropolis is within walking distance. I received an upgrade to a bigger room, a definite plus. The complimentary refreshments were also welcome.
The traffic noise was a problem. My room faced a busy street. It was difficult to sleep well. The noise from the vehicles was constant, especially at night.
